These two things can and do cause problems, because they allow educators to hand out more marks than what is actually necessary to make a student successful and to pass out of high school a student who is in real danger of becoming a dropout or even a criminal.It is the test scores and grade inflation that give teachers a blank check to go overboard with their attempts to make the student excel, which is why students continue to drop out of high school in droves.
